Focusing on sustainable farm practices, and the utilization of green energy, Blue Sky provides the local communities of Oregon, starting with Klamath Falls, with fresh, succulent, safe and all natural produce. Our product offerings currently include beef steak tomatoes, lettuce mix, leaf lettuce, romaine lettuce, arugula, bibb lettuce, basil and marigolds.  We will also be able to grow green and chili peppers, cucumbers, eggplant and other produce requested by our customers. These high quality vegetables are grown year round in greenhouses located in Klamath Falls.  The growing technique at Blue Sky is hydroponics, which means growing produce in water rather than dirt.  Our strategy is to provide southern Oregon with a healthy, reliable, and local option to produce purchases.
